Capstone Executive Director Sue Minter and Barre Mayor Lucas Herring thanked volunteers at a socially-distanced gathering in the Capstone weatherization bay on September 24, 2020. During the height of the Covid-19 pandemic (March 12-August 30) 54 volunteers delivered 81,236 meals to homeless people living in seven emergency shelters in the Barre-Montpelier area.
