I fit at least a few of the stereotypes you probably have in your head about people who do CrossFit, and not having access to the gym or the community of people there has been especially hard. Green Mountain Community Fitness closed its doors on March 17, ahead of the governor's orders, but loaned out equipment to members to use at home and has been posting workouts online. My husband and I dismantled our back guest bedroom (no one was coming to visit anyway) to create this space. It's been a welcome avenue for stress relief but still not as good as the real thing.
