An account of the resource
On May 21, 2021, Governor Phil Scott announced that he would lift all Covid-19 restrictions when 80% of Vermonters had received at least one dose of the vaccine. Soon thereafter, the Vermont Department of Health created this "thermometer" in the shape of the state to monitor the state's progress toward this goal. (The goal was met less than a month later on June 14.)
