The annual Chelsea Flea Market returned for 2021. Both commons were crowded with booths and shoppers, with very few people wearing masks on a hot, sunny day. Representatives from the Vermont Department of Health had a COVID-19 vaccination booth set up next to the Chelsea Public Library (see next entry).
