Bernard was born on January 9, 1942 in Burlington, the son of Henry and Nellie (Ritchie) Parrott. He was married to Elizabeth Burbo Parrott, who survives him. He had worked for the Winooski School Dept. for many years.
Bernie is survived by his children Kathy Cussons and her husband David of Vergennes, Lisa Way and husband George of Milton and Bernard "B.J." Parrott of St. Albans. He is also survived by his grandchildren Sam, Melissa nd George. He was predeceased by his daughter Laura.
Services will be held at a later date.
