Pavilion Building, Facial Covering Required

This sign was posted on the front door of the Pavilion Building, a state office building in Montpelier, on April 23 or 24 as Governor Scott began to "open the spigot" and let employees return to work with significant restrictions, as listed on this sign. It is not clear what "Crews of no more than two people per location" means in relation to multi-floor, multi-department office buildings such as this.
