Fletcher Free Library COVID remembrance
Title
Fletcher Free Library COVID remembrance
Description
FFL hosted a silent remembrance of the Vermonters lost to COVID19 on Thursday, March 18 from 10 am to 5 pm on the Library lawn. 217 empty chairs, one for each neighbor, mother, father, sister, brother, child, friend no longer with us, stretched across the lawn. March 18th is the one-year anniversary of Fletcher Free Library closing its doors to the public due to the pandemic. With brighter days ahead, we carry with us the memory of loved ones lost and a reminder that the empty chairs affect us all.
