On Tuesday morning, April 13, Vermont and the rest of the country suspended distribution of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine after officials from the Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said that the one-dose vaccine could be linked to rare cases of blood clotting.
