Description
On May 21, 2021, Governor Phil Scott announced that he would reopen the state in advance of his earlier-announced July 4 deadline when 80% of eligible Vermonters received at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. The goal pushed the state to administer vaccine in many unconventional locations such as beaches and auto racing tracks.
